An Engineer by profession, Mathew ensures our process is executed flawlessly from the roasting to the packaging and shipping so your coffee is always fresh when you receive it.

Jean, another member of the Njiru family has a Masters degree in Agriculture and ensures that the coffee trees are producing the best coffee for our clients. She ensures the best farming practices are followed.

Dawson is also a member of the Njiru family who has over 30 years in Coffee reaserach. He ensures that the soils are optimum, the manure and follier feed is right to bring out the desired rich flavors of Njiru Coffee.
